my e-mail wont be accepted

at the registration i put in my email ------@europe.com and all the rest of the stuff but i get this

Could not connect to smtp host : 111 : Connection refused

but i can still access the forum but no e-mail comes, please help!!!!

This is a known problem your account still works (otherwise you wouldnt be able to post here would you )

This email address will be sent your activation code. Make sure it works it works or you will not be able to login to the forums or Login Servers

I have not received an that email, it has been around 6 hours
