1a. EQW needs everything to be in 16 bit color to work.
1b. best bet is to hold off connecting untill todays patch is over and 0.2.6 is out (will work with latest patch).. Gotfrags should otherwise be up now and running on port 5999.
2. same as above.
3. check dev forum for drawdes post about worlddata 0.6.
