the only purpose of the minilogin I beleive it to stay mini! (1 login) It is there to test a local server easily.
Though I'm guessing you looking to make it so you can like LAN party with this or have multi puters log into your worlds creation with out having to use the frags login server.
NP the login server that you can download from this page does just that... The only thing is that its unsupported. Meaning try to get it to work yourself and not ask questions about it here.
As a plus though it does seem to work pretty good and if it isn't, it is usually a simply type-o on your part. There is alot of info about it, in its README, and in the win32forum (yeah, some do ask about it there
