They definitely are there. They are 5.7 DR4. You may possibly have to scroll down to some of the non green servers.

Ok, I've got a question. Whenever I try and login to server select(everything is done, as of the new account login system etc) I get booted to my desktop, the screen goes black, like it could perhaps be loading me to character select for a second or two. But, like I stated, I resume onto the desktop. This has been happening for quite some time, whenver I try and log in. Any help would be much appreciated.

First off there is no such thing as DR7 unless the devs have snuck in 3 releases on us.. The current version I think is 5.7-DR4. There are a few servers who are working with 5.7-DR4 but they may not be up fulltime. There were/are some issues with DR4 which the devs have been working on getting fixed. SOE decided to change some things in the client when they put in their new pretty login crap that broke things which were working prior to that patch.
