im having trouble logging into 5.9

i can log into 5.9 using ..... newlogin1.eqemulator.net:5994 but when it lets me on i don't see any servers and it says i have 0 out of 7 expansions... sometimes it will say 5 or 3 any ideas on how to fix it? be great if there was
