problem with fresh installation

Hello,

I have a problem with one of my home's computer:

other are running well with last eqemu version but this one load very slow,characters don't walk correctly when into the game....

I don't think it's the computer because it's a new Alienware laptop

If anyone have an idea or solution please ?
