Please assist me

Hello. May i please request help. Every time i try to make an account it tells me "You entered an invalid Email address of vze2tygz@verizon.net. Please verify this and push the back button to fix it and try again" what should i do can you please explain it step by step because i want to try this badly. Thank you.
