Plane of Hate B

6.0 DR2 CVS 11/9/2004 Linux RedHat 9 PEQ_Kunark_Latest DB
I just zoned into my server's hateplaneb zone for the first time and I am going close to linkdead with just me in the zone. None of my GM commands are responding and I keep going from 0.0% to sometimes as high as 46.9% packet loss. The zone process on my server is taking up 10.3% of my system's CPU time, compared to other zones 0.1% and it's got 7.9% of my systems memory, compared to 1.4% of other zones.
Anyone else have a hateplaneb up and running better or is everyone experiencing this problem with this zone as well?
