Transfer specific items from DB x to DB y

I was wondering if anyone could help me understand how to transfer items from my old database to my new one. I'am currently useing Mysql Front and Mangoo item editor 3.4.

You have to update your items to the current Items db schema

by adding the fields that are missing.. I done it like 20 times now.

or you can give it to me and i will do it and give you a copy

cuz I like custom items.

just go to my website and send it in a pm to me.
