I read the wiki and documentation but I have a question!
So to host my own server... i still have to register myself with EQEmulator.net's LS thing even if i dont want to host the server to the public?
I just want a server for myself on my home LAN for my gf and i... Just wondering if say (15 years from now) if eqemulator.net closes down, I dont want to lose the ability to play on my own server at home if it requires some kind of validation with EQemulator.net....
i want a self sufficient server that doesnt require any external connections.. is this possible? That way i can cancel my internet and just play it at home all the time lol
Why do i have to register myself with eqemulator.net if i just want my own server? *scratches head*
