No Stamina / No Mana

Hello,
Once I create a character I enter the world (after an initial timeout) and I have no stamina or mana. I can move around with the keyboard and with my mouse. I can click on npc's to highlight them, but I cannot right-click to open a dialog box. I also cannot open doors by clicking on them (I'm not sure if there is a key command for that). I have also tried using several different gm commands and none seem to work. I have been looking in the forum for a while now but can't seem to find anything that points me in the right direction. Any clues?

If you are trying to run your own server then you might not have everything sourced in your database, but if you are just trying to join an existing server then you need to list it ... (more details will help others to help you).
