Name Rejected

Compiled with no errors, only thing I changed was what Rogean suggested here:

Started worlddebug.exe, zoneperl.exe and minilogin, each not giving any errors. Log in, no errors. Now I can't create a character because it keeps rejecting my names, which bugs me. I tried emptying the character table in my database, and then restarting the computer and all that stuff, didn't change a thing.

Only thing that LOOKS like an error is in WorldDebug.exe-- [RULES__ERROR] Failed to find ruleset 'default' for load operation. Canceling.

Any suggestions?

Edit: Just played a bit with the logs. This is basically the error that I get (deleted a bunch of /0s that seemed usless)

btw, those are the coordinates that I used and teh zone that I used in the source. so now I guess it's obviously something wrong with that.
