Default Server Not Responding

i had some hard time last night setting up the server to get it to log on past the login screen, i am using minilogin to connect as just want lan/self based connection at the moment, but when i load a character the server window says its loaded the zone, but on EQ i get Server not Responding, You have been disconnected.

I've seen this problem before, trying to remember what fixed it.
Make sure you have the following in your server config file:
"<!-- Sets the ip/port for the tcp connections. Both zones and console (if enabled). Defaults are shown -->
<tcp ip="localhost" port="9000" telnet="enable"/>"

You want localhost. Also, try disabling any software firewalls/antivirus on the server.

Do you have all the map files (about 1 gig in size), in your maps folder, in the server files folder?
