Default X an Y co-ords swapped?

Hi all,

Wasn't sure where else to post this but was wondering if anyone was having trouble with X and Y co-ordinates appearing the wrong way round??

I'm running Rev 974 (I think) and recently started my own server. I'd started some basic scripts for teleporter NPCs and was wondering why they were porting me either to designated zone 'safe spots' or random locations in the zones instead of the co-ords I had specified in the scripts.

After adding another zone to my porter yesterday (Natimbi, for reference) and landing in the sea when I thought I should be going to the beach at zonein, I checked the /loc co-ords I'd been taken to and noticed the X and Y had been swapped. After editing my script and switching the two co-ordinates round, it now lands me at the beach as intended.

Is this a bug, or have I misinterpreted something?

Well, /loc was made by SOE, and it works exactly as it should based on how they designed it. If you want X and Y to be in the normal (proper) order, try using #loc instead. Just remember that #loc will report the location of your target if you have one, otherwise it will report your own loc if you do not have a target or if you target yourself.
