Transferring a server login account to different forum account

My login account I use regularly is linked to a different forum account (riodo instead of this one, RiOdOITG), and I was wondering if it would be possible to move that one to this. I no longer have access to the email that correlates to that one, so I'm unable to log in. Thanks.
