What's with the DR3 and DR4's? And the 0.4.1

Alright got a question. I'm on a dsl connection, 400+megs of ram and a 750 mhz processer. I can play on the grey 0.4.0 servers find, but the 0.4.1 servers with the DR3 and DR4 tags I can't even log into. Do I need to download something to play on these servers or am I doing something wrong. From what I see, these servers have had more work done to them, i.e. working lifts, AA pts functional, and refreshed databases, so I'm assuming these would be the better servers to play on. Just wondering if anyone else is having trouble logging into these servers and what to do to fix it.

They are testing code. There are several reasons why you might not be getting on. One could be a bad connection to the server, another could be a misconfigured server, also, where are you located (West, east US, Europe? etc)
