Internal Failure

I was once able to log into EQemu, but now it says 'Run time error 53' also say's 'File not found: Patcher.dll ' when I goto run the patcher. Went to re-install and says Internal Failure.
Error number:0x80040707
Description: (nothing)

What should I do?
