Does anyone know where/if i can get npcs for velious expansion and on?

Not yet from PEQ, can try spawning them yourself.

as of right now i think they are working on velious. the PEQ server is up to velious now, not sure if it has spawn.... after all of the testing i done they will put it up from download.
