Default a little thing i noticed in the license agreement

"9. You may not use any third party software to modify the Software to change Game play. You may not use our intellectual property rights contained in the Game or the Software to create or provide any other means through which the Game may be played by others, as through server emulators. ..."

Doesn't that make EQEmu illegal?

Thats like saying If I put in the user agreement of these forums "You are not allowed to pick your nose"

No. Just because Sony says that something is against their Terms of Service doesn't make it Illegal. However, it does allow them to terminate your 'service' if you are caught violating it, ie close/ban your EQLive Account.

This has been covered many times, and there are many threads about it. Try searching a bit, you may find one.
