Collaboration Needed For a New Custom Server

Hey everyone,
I have come back to EQEmu after a long break, and have been tossing around a few ideas in my head. I want to make a completely custom legit server, with totally new items (old ones will slowly evolve into new items as the database continues to be worked on. For example, same stats but new names/appearances.. plus totally new items also). The zones will have mostly the same spawns, but there will be a few new ones added. There will also be new quests. I am planning on making the server Velious only at release, and then eventually add more expansions.

I would run this server myself, but I lack the hardware and experience to run an entire server. I am basically wanting a collaboration between many EQEmu members. We will need someone to host the server, someone experienced in database work, and some Guides and GMs. Let me know if you are interested. You can contact me on the forums or on irc.
