Okay, after talking to some PEQ players, its not just my server where the client does not properly show buffs on zone-in. The buffs are obviously still there as if you for example cast a damage shield then zone, the player is still affected (although he has no icon).
I have not yet begun to look into it (going to start poking through the code now..), but it seems to me that the client isnt recieving the buff packets on a fresh zonein, and the client is limiting runspeed, etc when the character actually is affected by sow/etc.
Can anyone chime in and shed some light on this ? thanks
