ok could some explain to me how to set it up so that i can connect to my server from inside and outside of my router?! I have the required ports open and my friend can connect into the server no problem. I on the other hand can't connect to my local server i just get the Error 1017...I setup the cheyennewy.no-ip.info deal-o and i set it as my worldserver address. I also put it in my bootzone5bat file like so

start zoneperl . cheyennewy.no-ip.info 7995 localhost

also in my c:/windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts file i put in the line
127.0.0.1 cheyennewy.no-ip.info

so what am i don't wrong?! why can't i connect to my server?

much help appreciated

Oh ya! i figured it out!
(192.168.0.102=ipaddress of server on inside of network)
You have to add the:
192.168.0.102 cheyennewy.no-ip.info

to the c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file on EVERY CLIENT COMP on the inside of your network. On your SERVER comp you have to put:
127.0.0.1 cheyennewy.no-ip.info

took me long enough but i'm all excited now cause i can play on my server! WITH MY FRIENDS! boo ya...
