changing gm abilities, new eqadmin link?

couple of questions..
After creating a character, any1 who logs in is flagged as a 20pt. GM, is there a way to fix this since im running a custom,legit server?

second, is there a way to allow members only access to the #zone command? cuz i want them to be able to zone but i wanna still have a use for my merchants and have a prize for my arena battles.

and third, is there a newer link to the EQAdmin ? the links, iv seen, in other posts, are all out of date and the file no longer exists. could some1 please link it to me?

You can change access to different access levels by starting World and going into the HTTP Interface. You can read on how to do this here.

and for the fqadmin, it is out of date. Some things still work, but you can easily screw up your database. I would recomend Mysql-front, or The editor PEQ came out with.
