why are you trying to use 32bit color. EQW will ONLY run in 16bit color. make sure your 3D card drivers are up to date.

That is not correct. EQW *does* work in 32bit colour. Works fine for me in game, the only problem is before selecting a server, the interface is very slow. But after that, works just the same as 16bit.

Owen, this may be true for you , and perhaps even another 5% of the people out there. But from a support standpoint if you can't explain why it works, and get it working for others then it does not work. Unfortunatly any other attatude will just cause more people to have trouble getting it running.
