Default Server Rules - regeneration not having an effect?

I have been trying to increse default regeneration in my server rules.
By default its set to 100. So I set it to 200 (this should double the effect) but not realy noticing an increase.
Set this all way to 1000.. but can't realy tell how fast my char is regenerating, cuase numbers keep jumping. I managed to time it to rathly 200hp regenerated in 4 min... Thats can't posibly be if i am going at x10 the rate

Could someone please clearfy this for me? Does feature actualy working?

Also on Xp modifier- to give people more Xp - does this has to go UP or DOWN?

thank you

Might want to post what you did, ChaosSlayer. A lot of people try to find info on how to fix things and having more variables returned when they do a search helps out immensely.

sure.

whenver you set up any special server rules under rule_values table, note what ruleset_id they set under and see if it matches with ruleset_id under rule_sets table.

Unless number shown under rule_set is same as id on changes you set up - your changes will not take effect.
