Default Excessive mob hits when mob is buffed

I've run into quite a few mobs now hitting way above their maximum damage.

The only thing I can attribute to this increase is shaman buffs, which is ironic since I play a shaman

Take #Brother_Eruk in Veksar as an example:
STR 239, Min_Hit=125, Max_Hit=350

Now I know it has a bugged spell list, as it has 6 (default shaman list) in the database. Irrespective, at L58 if it had a shaman near it, it would get buffed with strength spells:
Manical Strength: +68 STR
Harnessing of Spirit: +60 STR

As mob base STR is ignored, this ends up with 135 STR being factored purely as a bonus.

This equates to a damage bonus of about 1.3 ish, so max hit should be at ~470. The mob was hitting for 480s so there is a bit more bonus in there, probably from an item.

The max hits in the database seem to be based on logs, reports from allahs bestiary, which in general is with local mobs buffing.
I've removed the STR damage bonus from spells on my test server and things hit as reported, with occasional variation from items.

Although I'm not necessarily in favour of its removal, it does need bit of tuning. If you add FoS and avatar from a 60 shaman to that mix and see what damage the mob pushes out...ouch.

Edit: Yes, there is code which adds bonuses working in favour of players at the moment, I also think thats a tad excessive - buff a L1 warrior to 255 str and see what I mean :p
