Default Starting_Items.sql

I'm not 100% on where to post this but here I go.

I can't post this question on Project PEQ forum because, It rejects all @hotmail.com, @yahoo.com @verizon.net email's.
I'm hoping cavedude, or someone else will be able to answer this question.
How do I fix Starting_Items?

I noticed when creating a new character there are few starting Items or none at all.
Most will have a guild summon's and a bag. But I was trying to give food, water, and gear.
I have did a search on Project PEQ forum and found this thread.

http://www.projecteq.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=3657

I tried changing the slot -1 to a different slot number but still doesn't work.
Anyone have any Idea how to fix this? I want to give player's atleast some gear and money to start with.

Where are you getting your database from? The newest CVS and release both have full starting items.

Verizon domains aren't blocked, but you're correct the others are. If you can't get in with Verizon, shoot me a PM here with your info and I'll see what's happening.
