Request For Information On Raid System

So I have been poking around with search for a while looking for information about the Raid system. So far all I have been able to find on either the forums of in the wiki is on this page http://www.eqemulator.net/wiki/wikka...Issues#notimpl

So I would like to ask if there is more information on this unimplemented subsystem somewhere that I am not finding? Are there plans to get it implemented at some point? Has anyone been able to get it working on their own? Stuff like that.
