New tool - D2 like Item Stat Modifier

Diablo Items Stats Randomizer ver 1.1.2 - This tool allows one to modify item stats on a large scale, but the amount of modification is controlled and has a full undo.

You get the items you want, then assign a field stat like (str,hp,mana), then min value/max value/%chance and then it applies the changes to the item.
New changes append to the old values.

The tool has a full undo built in.
It's the companion to D2-loot drops tool, but for items.
