Default Your spell did not take hold.

I set up a buff bot last night and when it casts any group spell on me I get this message even though the spell does land on me. This particular character is level 64.

Is it something I need to change in the spells_us.txt or what?

Spell did not take hold is usually as a result of a spell being blocked to to a stacking issue: either you have one on already that's better, or there's a component common in multiple spells that can't coexist.

What spells are going on, and which aren't?

I'm at work now, so I'm going from memory.

Sow - It lands with no message about not taking hold.
DMF - Same
Hand of conviction - Lands but I recieve the message
Brells - Same as HoC.
Spiritual Radiance or whatever the beastlord buff is, I can't remember - Same as HoC.
KEI - Same as HoC.

It may have something to do with the way I coded the quest. I'm trying to make it cast these 6 spells when I /say buff

I'm not familiar with the syntax the quest uses, I code in vb6 and vb.net at work. I mean I know enough about programming to be dangerous Maybe I should be posting this question in the quest forum, I thought it was a spell issue but it could be my code.

Thanks.
