Default Concordance of Research Practice Runes
I am currently working on my research skill and I've noticed that none of the recipes work for making any of the runes. I know that you put the required mats for a specific rune (azia or beza) into the book along with a blank parchment and a quill and your supposed to get a rune. My guess is that it is either a bug or has not been implemented yet.

This is not a bug or a feature. All recipes are handled by the database. This would be something to bring up on the PEQ forums, maybe. These forums are for the emulator code, not for the database itself.

If you are on PEQ, the practice runes are being worked on and are halfway completed.
