Default Question about openzone

Before I try and go any further, this is what I would like to do. If this is not possible, please let me know so I can stop now and not waste any of my time.

I want to use the Hole's textures and create a custom zone for my server. This zone I would call "The Plane of Underfoot".

Is it possible to create all the necessary files for both the server and client with openzone for this to happen with using the basic Titanium Client with nothing extra like simple client? (honestly I have no idea what simple client is, that's why I am saying that)

I would really like to do this, but I am very lost on where to start is this is possible. Even if it is a simple ... "look here >link< dumb dumb post". I have read through these forums for open zone, but I guess I am not seeing my answer if it is clear to others.

Thanks!!!

to make a custom zone for the titanium client you just export the zone with the same name as a current zone in the client IE: hole.s3d

so you cant do custom zone names. maybe the zone Long name though.. in the zones table.

So this is hard coded into the emu code and I would have to replace a zone already in the database?

Any reason why I couldnt just add the zone? sorry for the questions, I just want some direction on what I can or can not do is all.

Thanks for the info.

I think it's not the source, but the client that's the issue. Therefore as Cripp menioned, renaming works fine

OH! Okay, that makes sense now. I thought it was the server files and was thinking about searching through them to see where I could add said new zone, but since its the client, o well. Renaming will have to do. Now to figure out which zone I will NEVER use and change it.

Thanks for the info guys! that helps a lot.
