Default Layout/Resolution Issue

Firstly, Geroge - your tools are fantastic and I've been using them to great effect for a while now. Thank you.

I've searched this issue and have found one other person suffering a similar issue; here, and I understand that the editors aren't built to run on low resolutions - but I'm running 1280x1024 60HZ and I can't see all the tables in the npc editor and the item editor layout is all messed up;

(fullscreen shots)

Here you can see I've moved the program window to the left off screen in an attempt to drag out the window further and see the remaining fields but to no avail. Ignore the messed up icons, they're a result of me trying to fix the issue by changing around resolutions

And with the item editor;

Any suggestions?

Well I tried changing DPI from Large(120) to Normal(96) and went to play EQLive - my machine crashed, rebooted it and something told me to try the tools again, and they're working now;

Yes I just tried replicating the issue again by reverting to Large DPI and the issue arose again. For future reference;

.Start Menu, Settings -> Control Panel -> Display
.Click Settings tab
.Click Advanced
.On General tab, select Normal (96DPI) from drop menu
.Reboot
