Default EQ Launcher

A little app i wrote that launches the client and sets the processor affinity to '0'. Should help with multi-core problems.

Edit eq_path.txt with the correct path to eqgame.exe

Something worth noting -- Windows 7 allows you to set processor affinity for a program once and then remembers it for that process from then on. Helped me a ton after I upgraded from Vista.
