Hotzone lister

Is it at all possible to make something read the database and spit out the zones that are flagged hotzone so people can like do a #hotzone list or something to see what they are?

Also I haven't looked too close but aside from manually changing the database flags is there a way in world via # commands to make a zone a hotzone? If not can this be added as well?

so commands I request are

#hotzone add <zone_id or short name> //self explanatory
#hotzone remove <zone_id or short name> //self explanatory
#hotzone list //returns text list in chat
#hotzone list motd //lists hotzones in motd
#hotzone greeting //informs player on zone in if the zone is a hotzone
