Getting started help! with SOF directory

Hello,

I recently purchased SOF and I am stuck on the modifying part where

"SoF is missing some of the zonename_chr.txt files required for some of the newer zones as well as a few older zones that were removed or changed since Titanium. To correct this, you can create the batch file for SoFModels and run it to update your files. Note that this change has to be done for all SoF clients playing on the server for them to see the appropriate NPC Models in all zones."

What am I supposed to name the file and which directory do I run the .bat file in?
I named it Models_chr.bat. Is this right?
Can you post the exact location/address?
