Default Current PEQ Server Pack

I posted this at the Project EQ forums a few days ago, but have not yet received a response so thought I would ask the questions here as well.

After a year of trying to figure out how to update my older version of PEQ without destroying my customizations, I finally broke down and just wiped everything clean and installed your latest server pack. But before I begin customizations again I want to be sure I have the latest of everything.

The server pack is named PEQServerPack-Maps-4.0-1110a and includes rev1038 of the DB. It appears that was compiled on 10/24 of this year. I have several questions:

1. Is this the latest version of the DB? SVN indicates it is, but I want to be sure.

2. Does the server pack include bots? After installing the server pack I was NOT able to issue a bot command. Is there something else I need to do first?

3. The version of the server code included with the install seems to be dated 5/30/08 (according to the changelog), which seems to be a very dated version. Is this what is preventing the bots from working? Are there plans to update this in the server pack? I assume I will need to source in every change from 5/30/08 till the present in order to get this working properly, but please clarify.

4. Do I need to do something with the Rev1038-Bots download if I am starting with the current version of the server pack (which is also 103, or are all these updates included in that compile?

5. Likewise, are the maps and quests in the server pack up to date, or do I need to add these separately?

Sorry for all the questions; just trying to get this right. Thanks for any help.
