Default Haunted Butcherblock minor fix

The TaskID 132 Haunted Butcherblock needs a little fix
on activityid 2 step 1 goalid 15
Proximity table
I changed the Minx and maxx to values below
otherwise you have to run up the side of the hill before
it works, being inside the tower should count for exploring it..
this will fix it so quest will work properly.
zoneid exploreid minx maxx miny maxy minz maxz
68 15 650 850 -1544 -1477 -10 120

Thanks! This was already fixed on PEQ server. There just hasn't been a database dump to reflect the change yet.
