Cleaning up the Wiki

I am working on cleaning up only the server guide wiki. My reason for doing this is to have a clean working guide with everything in it.

If anyone has any ideas or ways I could go about this, please let me know. My initial idea was to combine the guides into one, but after thinking, that wouldn't work because it would be setup to the way I do stuff. Not everyone is me.
