Possibly by the weekend, if not shortly after. Just updating all the code(as most of it is now apart of the eqemu source, this was the ghetto version) and making sure everything is still balanced and working. The AA update was pretty drastic too and would like to get them mostly working before unleashing the masses.

This server initially was my test bed for all the new effects that I ended up adding the source over the last few months, so it is uniquely placed to take advantage of all that is now available(almost every spell up to 85 is working, new AAs, live-like boss events, etc).

Things like viral spells, target of target's target spells(cast on mob, affect mob's target, or cast on player affect player's target), quested breath weapons, sympathetic procs, etc are all going to be featured on the server. Going to be alot of never before seen things going on.

how are spells going to be? cause alot of the cool spells are in the level 80-90 period ,
will it be the same aka , u get 1level of spells after per zone done
soo after u done theme 1 - u got access to 69/70?

Are you asking about where they drop? Random drop from trash in each of the theme 1 zones. Check out the website and the wiki. TONS of info listed on just about everything on the server and more added every day.
