Superior Camouflage (47 rng) fades quickly

I usually play with a ranger, cleric, and warrior, and it seems like slightly more than 1 in 10 times, when I cast camo on all three characters, on the warrior, the spell immediately or almost immediately begins to flash and then fades.

In particular, I've never seen it happen on the cleric, and although usually on the ranger I just use the AA camo, on the rare occasions when I do cast the spell on the ranger, I've never seen it happen on him.

Is (very) early fading of the spell just one of the risks of using it, or is this a bug? And is there any reason -- I'm thinking maybe spell-related focus effects - but who knows, could be anything -- why it should only happen on the warrior?

Might be a coincidence that it only seems to happen on the warrior, but all the invis-type spells have always had a better-than-not-obnoxious chance if wearing off nearly immediately.
