Emulator & WinEQ 2

So I've ran emulator before quite extensively but haven't played in a long while. Last time I played I was running 12 toons off this PC and obviously WinEQ 2's quick shortcuts between windows were amazing i.e.: "Ctrl+Alt+1" to get to screen one, then "Ctrl+Alt+2" to get to screen two and so on.

So, seeing as Sony's shit is down I've been trying to get on Emu to do something again just to pass the time and everytime I open an EQ instance thru WinEQ 2 it opens but it isn't under the WinEQ 2 interface, i.e. I can't use the "Ctrl+Alt+1" to switch between.

Anyone have any ideas why this won't work?

I'm running on Titanium Client, although it won't work for my SoD client either - but it DOES work for my up-to-date sony HoT client for live servers.
