Default Problem running eqgame.exe

I have titanium and followed the directions on http://www.eqemulator.org/wiki/wikka...akka=PlayGuide. When I try to launch the shortcut to eqgame.exe (with the altered PATCHME in the target) it says "No 3D devices found". Then, just for kicks, I removed the PATCHME from the target and it says "Please run Everquest.exe". The eqgame.exe doesn't seem to be a file that can launch the game for me.

I tried putting PATCHME at the end of the target for the everquest.exe and launched that instead, but it brought up the patch downloader anyway. Then I uninstalled and deleted everything and started from the beginning again. Still gives me the same error with the eqgame.exe

My computer is running vista and the laptop is running XP. But thats a thought. The laptop is older and dont get used for games mush since its slower and been mostley used for e-mails and facebooking.

I will give updating dx a try.
