Cazic Thule 1.0

I am committed to having old school cazic dropping rubicite on my server. If there's any map setup, db or approx level of each mob in there, i'd be grateful. I found some of them in the alla graveyard. Also, loot tables. Thanks!

As always I'll share any code, maps, or anything i've done on my server with anyone, so if you see anything you like, just ask!
