Default Correct 3.6 Install?

Does the Default database come with static mobs and NPCs, or did I install the 3.6 correctly? I'm really not sure, as the Install.BAT window hangs at a blinking cursor after the command line appears.

Something seems to have happened. I notice stationary MOBs in Cobalt Scar, Butcherblock, Blackburrow, etc etc. I'd like to know if it ran correctly, or rather if I ran it correctly.

It seems the readme is straightforward enough that all you need to do is run the Install.BAT, which I'm hoping is the correct way. Is the DB released in the 3.11 Zip entirely blank? Just curious. If it is, then I'm assuming the DB is correctly placed.

install.bat didn't hang, it just takes several minutes. Rerun it, you may get a lot of errors, but I think it was written so you wouldn't when re applying the addon. and just let it sit till the command prompt comes back or the dos window says it's finished.

Default Righton

Alright, I'll let it go for a few minutes next time I do. It seems as if the Items are a complete list, if I let it go for only a few moments, and all the zones remain the same in NPC measure. Will give it a few minutes and see what more and else turns up. Thanks
