Account help

Hello

I did make the heinous mistake of forgetting my LS login. I've sent a message to Rogean asking if he could help me out with working anything out so that I can get in. I've also heard of associating characters to new accounts? As I've stated in my previous message, I'd be extremely appreciative and would make a donation of $40 just to relogin to the account. If anyone knows of anything that can be done you would be a life saver to me.
