Well considering your question is rather vague itself. Are you looking for a server that uses a client later than tianium, like the underfoot, SOD or HoT clients? Because most servers support all clients.

Or are you looking for a server that contains content farther that that of the titanium expansions? There are servers with custom content going further than Gates of Discord, but as far as a near live like experience im afraid thats as far as they go. Servers that utilize zones, items and models past the omens of war expansion are usually completely custom.
