Default INcreasing the EXP kills give

not sure if this is the right forum to post this, but if anyone knows a more appropriate place please direct me. I am hosting my own server and am interested in increasing the amount of EXP that is awarded to PC for killing mobs. How does one do this? All searches come up short.
thanks!

Go into your Database using a GUI for it. Such as Navicat or HeidiSql or whatnot. Look for the table called rule_values find the entry row for Character:Expmultiplier and raise or lower it to your liking.
