IRC Bridge Relay

This would be a nice thing to add in as a module, Mainly for
watching Chat and talking back to folks that are on the server
either via a custom channel ingame or the world ooc, would be
fairly similar to Eggdrops with channel linkers where 2 bots
reside on diffrent network and relay all information from
the channels to each other.

As me and my admins spend alot of time via irc it it would
serve well to be able to talk to the player base for fun
and for them to report bugs or require the assistance
of a GM should there not be one in game at the that moment
but may be in irc watching.

This has already been worked on a while back (mostly by Secrets I think), but was given up on after being unable to resolve a few crash issues from it. There are still some branches on the SVN for it that were never merged with the main trunk:

i'll have a look at it, i really aint much of a coder but i can certainly see what i can find.

I re-created an IRC style Trivia Bot for eqemu. An way to view ooc via IRC style chat would be awsome.
