Default Placing Objects(Clickable)Doors Table)

I know there is a lot of posts about adding object and doors and whatnot. I have searched and searched and I cannot find what step I am missing.

I am trying to add any usable object to a spot in Kaesora, I tried CAMPFIRE and Even a texture from the kaesora_obj via Object Viewer to find the correct "NAME". I have added the row in my DOORS table to apply this clickable object. Nothing I do seems to add the object in game. I have reset zone, reset server, used the Object.pl script NPC, tried using OBJECTS table, and nothing I do seems to bring it up. I can delete objects like aug bath and PoK books, but adding a clickable anything is not working. Does the "DOOR_ID" have to be in # order with no gaps? Do I need to somehow place the object in game 1st and then link it? Every post I have came across just says you add the item in the tables and apparently it should be there.

Any Ideas on what step I am missing?

Thank you!

EDIT: Forgot to mention reason. Its simple, I just want to make a working clickable object in Kaesora that you can click on to port you to another zone.
